Trisha Ashley Ú 7 summary

Nd she hopes that she’ll find some inspiration for her next bookBut what she doesn’t expect is to find her own Mr Rochester and much than she bargained for A warm witty and romantic short story from Sunday Times top best selling author Trisha Ashley. A really nice fun uick read that has really whetted my appetite for Trisha s new novel I didn t dare read the preview of the new book at the end because they always make me so frustrated with having to wait to find out what happens next The story is great fun though and feels just like her novels which short stories don t always do

Too short I did enjoy it although the fictional idea that Charlotte was inspired to create Mr R based on a farmer was highly amusing Somehow methinks that sounds like Emily’s Heathcliff than Mr R And when the modern writer goes to visit the fictional farm the conflict between brothers Henry and Charlie certainly feels like WH than JE With that being said still amusing that “Henry” — aka the descendant

A fun albeit short book that whisks the reader from wherever they are to the York Moors for a modern retelling of Jane Eyre
